Information about the walks or runs are listed below, along with the categories – or races within the race. After choosing your walk or run, feel free to sign up for all the categories you qualify for. For instance, if your company is in the “Fittest Firm Competition,” sign up for it. If you also are a military veteran, sign up for that, too. And if you also will be wearing a costume, check of that category.

- 7:50 a.m. 10K Run start
- 8:15 a.m. 5K Run/Walk start
- 10:00 a.m. Elite Women & PA/USATF Women start
- 10:30 a.m. Elite Men & PA/USATF Men start
- 10:50 a.m. Kid's Fun Run
- 11:30 a.m. Awards Ceremony
